This is a celebrative release! Irma's legendary Chill Out Cafe' series was one of the compilations that established the so called 'chill out' genre in a World then dominated by fierce uptempo beats... and Chill Out zones, bars and compilations started to spread everywhere! Now, ten years on, here is Volume Dieci (10), packaged in a neat, stylish box and, for the first time, also including a DVD! The music selection on the audio CD presents, as usual, the newest productions in a relaxed mood from some of Irma's classic names (Sarah Jane Morris, Belladonna, Riovolt, Max Sedgley...) as well as fresh new discoveries (12 Fingers, Nu Braz, Nova 40, Musetta...) with debut albums either just released or in the pipeline. The DVD includes over 1 hour of true cult material, most of it commercially available for the very first time. We could easily say it represents a video history of Irma Records: 16 original clips of some of the most famous songs released by the label, covering a lapse of time that goes from the early 90's of 'Special Love' by Jestofunk (featuring eternal Diva Jocelyn Brown) to 2007's 'Slowly' by Max Sedgley. The tracks are all in a chill out / chill house vibe and attached to each other, for a perfect laid back non-stop visual experience.
